Role Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote position that will play a key part in Primetag’s financial operations, executing the monthly closing process, managing treasury activities, supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as funding projects under the PT2030 framework.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team and support the continued growth of the company by strengthening and evolving our financial processes. We are seeking an organized, analytical, and self-driven professional who enjoys improving processes, challenging the status quo, and helping build a scalable finance function capable of supporting Primetag’s international growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury activities and monitor cash position;

• Manage the invoicing process and its follow-up;

• Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities;

• Manage financial documentation and support accounting processes;

• Prepare and execute the monthly closing process;

• Support external audits;

• Manage and monitor incentive and funding projects, including PT2030, SIFIDE, and other national or international programs;

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement automation of financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;

• More than 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

  High level of responsibility and autonomy;

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

• Advanced Excel skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience in technology companies or startups (preferably SaaS or digital products);

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central;

• Experience with process improvement and automation tools;

• Experience managing public funding and incentive programs (PT2020/PT2030, SIFIDE);

• Experience working in international environments with financial reporting in English.
