We help global brands and agencies make data-driven decisions about their influencer strategies, powered by our proprietary platform and market-leading database of over 3 billion content pieces across 50+ markets. This is a full-time remote role at Primetag. The Marketing Manager will be play an important role in driving the growth and success of our company by:
Supporting the development and leading the execution of the company marketing strategies;
Building our brand reputation towards industry experts and overall market of brands and agencies, with strong focus on relational, community-driven marketing models;
Delivering to reach prospects and generate high-quality leads;
Coordinating within the company with ownership, energy and agility the execution of the agreed marketing plan.
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in promoting digital related services and solutions.

Marketing Strategies implementation:
Own and coordinate an excellent implementation of Primetag’s global B2B marketing strategy, aligning closely with other Marketing department colleagues, Sales, Product, and Customer Success;
Drive our shift from transactional, lead-focused tactics to relational, community-driven marketing models;
Define and measure marketing KPIs that reflect long-term engagement, community health, brand equity and referrals.
Community-Led Growth & Brand Building:
Coordinate the building of genuine communities around our brand, centered on shared interests and needs of marketing professionals;
Select and manage platforms (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn groups, private forums) where customers, partners, and prospects can connect and grow together;
Foster active participation, feedback loops, and shared experiences to build loyalty and advocacy;
Launch and scale initiatives such as customer advisory boards, peer-learning cohorts, and ambassador programs.
Content, Events & Thought Leadership:
Develop value-driven content, reports, case studies, and educational resources that support community learning;
Collaborate with the Go-to-Markey and Community Manager on the delivery of branded events, invite-only roundtables, expert panels, and co-branded sessions that reinforce Primetag’s thought leadership;
Encourage cross-community collaboration and storytelling from real customers and advocates.
Demand Generation with a Community Lens:
Actively gather and showcase authentic customer reviews and testimonials to reinforce credibility and trust within the community;
Manage programs that encourage organic referrals, peer-to-peer influence, and reputation-led pipeline growth;
Use earned and owned channels (community, content, events) to drive high-quality inbound interest.
Guarantee brand assets excellency:
Assure the right implementation of brand equities, design guidelines and tone of voice across brand assets;
Guarantee the executional quality and delivery on schedule of creative development, content design, copy-writing, image & video production with the support of both in-house and external specialists on design and production, as well as the efficient usage of AI tools (e.g. copy-writing and language adaptation);
Manage and optimize our website, landing pages, and online presence to build our brand reputation and optimize lead generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing plans are well planned, timely implemented, and properly measured;
Collaborate with both trust and resources efficiency with the rest of the Marketing team. Currently a Go-to-Market and Community Manager and a Senior brand and design specialist;
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to integrate marketing across the customer lifecycle.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including work with digital-related services and products;
Strategic mindset with very hands-on capabilities across brand, content, growth, and relationship building;
Experience in digital advertising, martech or social media is a strong plus;
Experience executing community-led B2B marketing strategies is a strong advantage;
Good communicator and community-builder with a focus on long-term value creation;
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French are a plus);
Ability to legally work under a Portugal-based contract. Portuguese citizenship or language skills are not required.
