As a Pre-Sales Intern, you will support the commercial organization by improving operational efficiency, strengthening sales enablement materials, and generating high-quality market and competitive intelligence.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Strategy, and Operations, making it ideal for someone who wants to build a career in B2B SaaS, Pre-Sales, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy.
You will work closely with senior sales stakeholders to reduce operational friction and help the team focus on high-value selling activities.
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Intern to support the commercial team in operational execution, competitive intelligence, and sales documentation. The intern will contribute to reducing operational friction for senior sales stakeholders while improving sales enablement assets and market intelligence.
Sales Operations & Hygiene
Support event operational execution and follow-up workflows.
Ensure CRM pipeline and deals are properly updated according to internal protocols.
Verify that discovery notes, demos, and key deal information are correctly documented.
Support forecast reporting and weekly sales summaries.
Track sales-related projects and internal initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Documentation
Update and maintain sales templates and commercial documentation.
Organize internal sales knowledge (Notion, Google Drive, playbooks).
Support preparation of demos and commercial meetings.
Assist in internal trainings coordination
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct competitive analysis and positioning research.
Research influencer marketing trends (AI, compliance, regulation, spend benchmarks) by market.
Monitor competitor pricing and packaging strategies.
Produce structured insights for the commercial team.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in Sales, Pre-Sales, RevOps, or B2B SaaS.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Analytical mindset with strong research capabilities.
High attention to detail and process discipline.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Notion, and CRM tools.
Professional English proficiency (daily working environment).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Previous internship in SaaS, marketing, consulting, or sales.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
Experience with market research or competitive analysis.
Interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, or digital advertising.
Exposure to AI tools, automation workflows, or no-code platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Basic understanding of how automation or AI can improve sales efficiency
