Role Overview

This is a full-time remote role at Primetag. The UI/UX Product Designer will be responsible for visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research on a day-to-day basis with a strong focus on product growth and building new features using our existing Design System.

We’re looking for somebody who’s excellent and experienced at Designing B2B SaaS Interfaces; but also for a well-rounded human-being, inclusive, who can fit our culture, keen to work in a team and as a team, capable to take client and peers feedback in a constructive manner, as well as contribute with feedback to other team member’s work in the same fashion.

Responsibilities

• Design of product features — collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and R&D to transform clients needs into intuitive and impactful user journeys that support product adoption, retention, and ongoing growth

• Maintain, and evolve our Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency

• Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into iterative improvements

• Balance creativity with feasibility — understanding how design decisions impact timelines and development complexity

• Contribute to a growing design culture that values experimentation, constructive feedback, and learning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS interfaces with exposure to product-led growth

• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and clean, scalable UI design

• Product mindset — ability to design for users and business goals, not just aesthetics

• Proficiency in Figma

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand technical constraints. Proficiency is a plus.

• Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and applying them to design new product features

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

• Driven by quality and rigour

• Confidence to take criticism productively and to defend your designs through logical reasoning when necessary

• Thirsty to continuously learn and develop new skills

• Medium-level English (spoken and written)

• Tax residence in Portugal
